9. Retail options- 5 Below and Bass Pro Shop
5 below has become a staple for my family. On a cold day, 5 dollars is completely worth an hour of play time with the new puzzle of science experiment they grab, and also gets us out of the house. And, although Bass Pro shop is NOT in Ankeny, we enjoy going there to check out their fish aquarium. My kids could watch the fish all day, and is a great treat for them!
